Meet the Founder

Jennifer Lilly, founder and Chief Vision Officer of JL³ Learning Solutions, brings extensive experience in leadership development, organizational learning, and performance improvement.

Her work focuses on helping leaders understand how systems influence behavior inside organizations and how intentional design can produce more consistent outcomes.

Jennifer’s approach combines real-world leadership experience with structured analytical frameworks that make complex organizational challenges easier to diagnose and address.

She completed advanced study in systems thinking through Cornell University, further strengthening the analytical foundation behind the JL³ methodology.

Jennifer is also the author of Path to the Summit: Six Levers for Fixing the Work So Teams Can Perform, a leadership fable that illustrates how organizations can diagnose and redesign the conditions that shape team performance.
