Can multiple people from my company attend?

Yes. Multiple leaders may join the open cohort if seats are available. If you want the experience customized exclusively for your organization, the Private Company VIP Performance Intensive is the better fit.

Do I need to complete pre-work?

Yes. This is a working intensive. Pre-work helps you arrive with a clear team challenge and a better starting point for the 90-day roadmap.

Will the cohort be recorded?

The working session is not designed as a passive recording. Participants may discuss real workplace challenges, so the value is in attending live and applying the process during the session.
