How It Works
The challenge runs Monday through Friday.
You can register anytime. Once you sign up, you’ll be placed into the next available Monday start.
Each morning at 8:00 a.m. Central Time, you’ll receive an email with that day’s challenge link. Each day includes a short video message, a reflection prompt, and analysis questions to help you look more carefully at the performance challenge you selected.
By the end of the week, your responses will help you complete your Hidden Performance Snapshot.

This challenge is designed for leaders, managers, HR professionals, learning and development partners, project leaders, and business owners who are responsible for improving performance and want to avoid jumping to the wrong solution too quickly.
It may be especially useful if you are seeing missed deadlines, rework, quality issues, engagement concerns, customer service breakdowns, growth strain, or execution challenges.
Register for the Next Monday Start
After you register, your challenge emails will begin the following Monday. You’ll receive one email each weekday, Monday through Friday. 8:00 a.m. Central Time.
Each email will take you to the day’s challenge page, where you’ll watch a short video and answer a few reflection and analysis questions. Keep your focus on one real performance challenge so your final Snapshot is clear and useful.
